Jiaying Deng (Amanda)

Amanda joined Yingke recently. In her primary role, she manages the necessary regulatory frameworks and streamlines operational processes to support the Yingke’s daily activities and provide assistance to all its members.

Amanda Deng has three years of senior legal experience in China, where she served as the Legal Director. In this role, she was responsible for various compliance projects, including IPO preparation, data compliance, and equity incentive schemes. She has substantial project management experience and excels at developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies tailored to enterprises’ operational needs, enhancing their compliance and efficiency. She is currently certified as an Intermediate corporate Compliance Specialist in China.

Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) degree at the University of New South Wales in Australia. Alongside her studies, she works as a Senior Administrator at Yingke, where she manages the necessary regulatory frameworks and streamlines operational processes to support the Yingke’s daily activities and provide assistance to all its members.
