Jerry joined Yingke recently. His primary role involves providing valuable assistance to Partners and Associates in organising and managing files and documents.

Jerry displays a remarkable aptitude for researching complex legal matters, preparing meticulous legal documentation, and supporting case management. With a genuine passion for litigation, particularly in commercial cases, Jerry demonstrates a keen interest and offers invaluable assistance in this area.

Before joining the firm, Jerry was admitted to practice law in the People’s Republic of China.

During his practice in China, he primarily participated in civil litigations and commercial arbitrations, and also assisted in drafting due diligence reports for Mergers & Acquisitions. This invaluable experience equipped Jerry with a comprehensive understanding of the Chinese legal system, including a deep knowledge of litigation processes, procedures, and the intricacies involved. Jerry’s expertise in Chinese law and his experience in commercial matters have a direct application to his work in Australia, particularly in supporting clients involved in international transactions or with business interests in China.
