Thomas Yang joined Yingke in 2023, and has experience mainly in areas of property and corporate advisory. 

In his role, Thomas has assisted in preparing contract of sale and transfer documents, performing title and property searches, liaising with stakeholders, managing financial aspects of the transaction including calculating and verifying settlement figures and discharging mortgage etc., preparing settlement documents for completion of the transaction, conducting due diligence and research, maintaining organised files. financing and property leasing, etc.
